This team bifurcates into:
> Quality control team
Controls the quality right from the beginning by reviewing, meeting with customers, sampling and by providing technical guidance and solving the issues with the manufacturing facility until the finished product is ready.
> Quality auditing team
Our Auditing team acts as a third party within the organization and they audit the consignment as per customer's specification and communicates with customer directly. |

METHODS DIVISION Fast React :
After sampling, once order is placed a detailed time study and OBI is done by our industrial engineer.
Based
on suppliers characteristics, a team comprised of Merchandisers,
Planning in charge and Quality blocks capacities in various
factories including Birdy and Akshaya.
All in house orders are followed by Mahesh our Planning in charge and Merchandisers with FAST REACT, our planning software. |
