sustain globally acceptable work place practices/standards we have
implemented SA 8000 successfully and we are certified for the same.
Hygiene and security within the premises are regularly Audited and
Certified by external Third Party SA 8000 Auditors.

- Workers and staff can leave their children in our Creches.
- We believe in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- A certified Psychologist meets regularly with workers within the factory premises.
- A Microcredit program from our Trust " The Link " is available for workers who want to save and borrow.
- Job opportunities : Several employees are selected from Prerana Resources center, a home for challenged people, to be trained and employed in our Company.
- Free health check up camp: as a concern towards employees health and wellness, free health check up camps are conducted every year.

- A Special eye camp was conducted for employees. Those with
refractive problem were identified, and they were further subjected to
specialized test. Free spectacles were distributed to the workers.
- Our Company helps Hand Embroidery work shop named Surya Trust
for Lambani women in a village in Hampi. Its main motive and vision
is to enhance their creativity and skills and to make them stand on their
own independently and to face the society with courage.
